ADMISSIONS PROCESS

Admissions process overview
We understand that embarking on the journey to recovery can feel overwhelming. Our goal is to make your experience as smooth and effective as possible. Here’s what you can expect during the admissions process:

Initial Consultation
When you first reach out to us, you will speak with a team member who will ask important questions about your health, substance use history, and past treatments. This conversation is essential to help us understand your unique situation. The more information we gather upfront, the better we can tailor your care to ensure the best possible recovery outcomes from Day 1.
Evaluation
Your intake evaluation is an in-person conversation with one of our medical professionals. During this session, you will review your medical history and substance use patterns in detail. This comprehensive assessment allows us to create a personalised treatment plan to provide the highest level of care. It’s crucial that you provide accurate and honest information, as a clear understanding of your habits will help avoid any delays in your treatment.
Personalised Treatment Plans
Based on your evaluation, we will develop a customised treatment plan specifically for you. Our experienced medical team will be with you every step of the way to ensure your recovery journey is fully supported.

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
MAT is available for individuals who need complete symptom management during their treatment. This approach ensures that you receive the necessary medical support as you work toward recovery.
Your Stay
During your stay, you will learn essential sober skills through a combination of group sessions, private therapy, and recreational activities. You will also work on healing family and relationship dynamics as part of your recovery journey. We believe in addressing the whole person. Therefore, we provide treatment for any co-occurring health issues that may impact your recovery.
